Lieutenant Colonel Ostiguy was a decorated Second World War infantry officer who remained in the Canadian Army after the war. In 1954, he was posted to the ISSC and deployed to Indochina. LCol Ostiguy was one of the senior Canadian officers in the Canadian Delegation (CANDEL), and discusses his time in Phnom Penh and the tasks of the observer teams and his daily work.
