Chris Jass

Dr. Chris Jass is the curator of Quaternary (Ice Age) paleontology at the Royal Alberta Museum in Edmonton. Chris has an MSc in quaternary studies from Northern Arizona University and a PhD in geological sciences from the University of Texas at Austin. He conducts fieldwork in Western Canada (Alberta) and in arid portions of the Western United States (e.g., South Dakota, Nevada) in an on-going quest to understand changes in the vertebrate record over the past few million years.
