My name is Katharine Marjorie Burton Markic. My grandfather was Horace John Robbins, affectionately known as Jack. He was born October 22nd 1897, and died August 20 1979. He was born in Bath, England, to George and Rosanne Robbins. He served in World War One from 1914 to 1920. He was a Private. He served in the Regiment No. 14475, and he earned one medal – the Victory Medal.
