Adèle Tufford

Adèle Tufford is a scientific writer and editor. She has worked as a neuroscientist and cell biologist at the Institut de recherches cliniques de Montréal, where she studied how circuits are formed in the developing nervous system. Engaged in science outreach and communication activities for almost a decade, Adèle has organized and instructed seminars and events ranging from anatomy classes for children to climate literacy workshops for adults. She holds a doctorate in neuroscience from McGill University. Away from the laptop, you can find Adèle DJ’ing, cycling and urban farming.
