Carolyn Crippen

Dr. Carolyn Crippen is Associate Professor of Leadership Studies, Faculty of Education, University of Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. She is the former Assistant Dean of Education at the University of Manitoba. Her research areas include servant leadership, healthy learning communities and senior administration. She has published and presented globally and is involved in ongoing research in Iceland. Carolyn works collaboratively with public, private and non-profit organizations and is particularly focused on the creation of caring, effective, inclusive, learning communities. Carolyn is a member of the UVic Human Research Ethics Board, Senate, and is a Research Fellow and Advisory Board member for the Centre for Youth & Society at the University of Victoria.
