Christina Service

Christina is passionate about applied, community-driven conservation science. Her current work in the Great Bear Rainforest is centred on the traditional territory of the Kitasoo/Xai'xais First Nation where she collaborates with the community of Klemtu to address locally meaningful research questions. Her research involves using non-invasive research methods (passive hair snagging and remote cameras) to monitor the movement and diet of black, spirit and grizzly bear populations.
