Dr. Emily Allen Williams specializes in Caribbean and Canadian Cultural Studies. She has book publications on Kamau Brathwaite, Caribbean women writers in Canada, and transnational Caribbean cultures and literatures. She also has published the ‒ only to date ‒ authoritative annotated bibliography of Anglophone Caribbean poetry. She is currently Dean of the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences at the University of Virgin Islands, St. Croix and St. Thomas Campuses.
