Gerry Moddejonge

Gerry Moddejonge lives in Edmonton and is a member of the Football Reporters of Canada. He has been covering the CFL and reporting on the Eskimos beat since 2008. A journalism graduate of Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops, BC, in 2001, the internationally published author has been writing sports for newspapers in his home province of Alberta since 2002. While he has covered the gamut of sports in Edmonton, from the NHL Oilers to University of Alberta Golden Bears and Pandas athletics, he proudly champions football with as much voice as he can muster in an otherwise hockey-mad Canadian landscape. But what brings him the most enjoyment out of any sport is seeing his young daughter, Hadley, swing for the fences off the T-ball stand during the East Park Little League season.
