Mark Thorburn

Mark Thorburn loves history. He has written a number of books, including the Bathroom Book of British Columbia History and Weird British Columbia Laws. He has a BA in political science, a law degree, and master’s degrees in both Canadian and American history. Mark has been a lawyer, college instructor, historian and author. In his free time, he reads great books, goes to the theatre, and watches classic films. Mark also likes hanging out at some of Vancouver’s well-known spots, including Gastown, Stanley Park, Granville Island and Robson Street.
