Betty Brown (Primary Source)
Betty Brown immigrated to Winnipeg, Manitoba shortly after the First World War. During the Second World War, she completed her nursing training at Winnipeg General Hospital in 1940 and enlisted as a nursing sister at the city's Osbourne Barracks.
