Mr. Delphis Cormier is a Korean War veteran who enlisted in the 2nd Battalion of Le Royal 22e Régiment in the Fall of 1950 and retired in 1975. In this excerpt he recalls being ambushed by Chinese soldiers while patrolling No Man's Land in March 1952. For repulsing the enemy attack, Mr. Cormier was awarded the Military Medal.
