Emmet Collins is an adjunct professor with the Department of Political Studies at the University of Manitoba. He holds a PhD in Political Science from Carleton University. His research concentrates on Canadian politics, specifically federalism, intergovernmental relations, and issues related to minority language communities. A francophone by upbringing and by inclination, he is an active member of the francophone community in Manitoba.
