Frits Pannekoek

Dr. Frits Pannekoek, a Western Canadian historian, has written widely on heritage, Aboriginal and Western Canadian issues in the last 30 years. He is President Emeritus of Athabasca University, the former University Librarian at the University of Calgary, and former Director of Historic Sites for Alberta. He is also Past President of the Canadian Association of Learned Journals and a past Director of the Champlain Society.
