Kathleen Dickson

Kathleen Dickson is a retired chief technician of the Montreal Neurological Institute who has co-authored 24 peer-reviewed publications and is the inaugural recipient of the McGill Faculty of Medicine P. B. Mukhopadhyay Dean’s Award of Excellence for outstanding contributions during her career. She has co-authored over 10 articles in The Conversation which have been reprinted in Maclean’s, the National Post and other media, with over 50,000 readers to date. The articles focus on the value of Canadian scientists and their outstanding discoveries that have impacted human health globally. She is a strong advocate of women in science.
